Before Your Treatment
5Arrive with clean face / scalpCome with clean skin or scalp, free of makeup, oil, or styling products.
Stop Retinoids BeforeStop retinoids, retinol, and prescription skin treatments 5 to 7 days before your chemical peel.
Avoid blood thinners beforehandAvoid aspirin, ibuprofen, and supplements that thin the blood 7 days prior to limit bruising. Never discontinue a prescribed medication (anticoagulant, aspirin for cardiac purposes) without your doctor's approval.
After Your Treatment
10Do not touch the treated areaAvoid touching your face or scalp for at least 24 hours after the treatment.
Apply the post-treatment serumImmediately after the treatment, use only the serum or products recommended by your practitioner.
No makeup for 24 hoursDo not wear makeup for at least 24 hours to avoid clogging the micro-channels.
