Before Your Treatment
5Avoid Blood ThinnersStop taking aspirin, ibuprofen, vitamin E, fish oil, and other blood-thinning medications or supplements 7 days before your procedure to minimize bruising risk.
Avoid AlcoholRefrain from consuming alcoholic beverages for at least 48 hours before treatment as alcohol can increase bleeding and bruising.
Stay Hydrated BeforeDrink plenty of water the day before and morning of treatment for easier blood draw and better PRP quality.
After Your Treatment
10Avoid Touching AreaDo not touch or rub the treated area for at least 6 hours to prevent infection or product displacement.
Apply IceApply ice packs wrapped in cloth to the treated area for 10-15 minutes several times a day to reduce swelling and discomfort.
Avoid MakeupAvoid applying makeup for 6-12 hours after treatment to reduce infection risk.
